Les auteurs rapportent le cas d’un cystadenome mucineux du pancréas chez une patiente de 26 ans, à Lubumbashi, République Démocratique du Congo.
Le cystadenome mucineux du pancréas est une pathologie tumorale rare à faible malignité.
Le diagnostic de présomption orienté par l’anamnèse, la clinique et l’intervention chirurgicale ; la certitude diagnostique a été donnée par l’examen anatomopathologique.
Ainsi, les auteurs attirent-ils l’attention des cliniciens sur les diagnostics différentiels des masses kystiques du pancréas parmi lesquels doit figurer le cystadenome mucineux du pancréas.
